Official Rules for Participation in Promotion by Off Grid with Doug and Stacy, LLC
By participating in this Promotion, and as a condition of entry and, if applicable, of receiving any prize, you agree to the following terms.
No Purchase Required for Entry
A purchase is not required to receive an entry into the drawing. All eligible entries, whether earned through a purchase or submitted through the mail-in entry method, will be treated equally and will have the same chance of being selected as the winning entry. Purchase entries are not prioritized or given greater weight than mail-in entries.
Promotion offered in the United States and governed by Missouri law.
Not offered in jurisdiction where Sponsor lacks the requisite permissions.

Prize
No cash alternative or prize substitution except by Sponsor in its sole discretion if prize becomes unavailable, in such case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
Eligibility Rules
Only open to legal residents of the lower 48 States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited and not offered where Sponsor lacks permissions. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families/households, are not eligible.
Immediate family includes spouse, parents, siblings, and children, and “household” means persons who share the same residence at least three months per year.
Release and Hold Harmless
By entering, you agree to release, discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Off Grid with Doug and Stacy, LLC, and each of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the Released Parties) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or related to your participation in the Sweepstakes, your inability to participate, any Sweepstakes-related activities, and/or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except to the extent arising from the Released Parties’ gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law. You further agree to indemnify and defend the Released Parties solely against third-party claims to the extent such claims are caused by your own acts or omissions.
“Released parties” is defined as Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agent.
Limitation of Liability; No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not responsible for and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will the Released Parties’ total liability to any participant exceed the greater of the actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by that participant directly related to entering the Sweepstakes.
All prizes are awarded “as is” and “as available” without any warranty, representation, or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or title, all of which are expressly disclaimed.
The foregoing limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and are not intended to limit liability for personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
Assumption of Risk
You understand and voluntarily assume all risks of participation in the Sweepstakes and any related activities, including risks associated with travel, attendance at events, use of websites or mobile applications, and the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.
No Responsibility for Errors or Failures
The Released Parties are not responsible for and shall have no liability for: (1) late, lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, garbled, or undeliverable entries, mail, email, or communications; (2) any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries or data; (3) technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware, software, internet, or platform malfunctions of any kind; (4) inaccurate transcription of entry information or failed, incomplete, corrupted, or delayed electronic transmissions; or (5) any human, typographical, printing, production, or other errors related to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including errors in advertising or in these Official Rules.
Right to Cancel, Modify, or Suspend
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be run as planned, including due to fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, cheating, technical failures, or any cause which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, to determine the winner(s) from among eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who exhibit prohibited conduct, who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or violates these Official Rules.
Prohibited conduct includes automated entries, multiple accounts, and any manipulation specific to the final entry methods.
If canceled, Sponsor will post notice at www.offgridwithdougandstacy.com and may, at its discretion, select winners from eligible, non-suspect entries received up to cancellation.
Publicity Release/Privacy
By accepting a prize, you consent, where lawful, to the use of your name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information by Sponsor and its designees for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes, in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, notice, or approval.
Personal Information: By entering, you agree to Sponsor’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the administration of the Promotion and as set forth in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at www.offgridwithdougandstacy.com. Sponsor may share data with Administrator and vendors solely for administration and prize fulfillment. Data will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.
Drawing
On or about October 20th, 2026, Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified by email or phone within 48 hours and must complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and IRS Form W-9 (if applicable) within 48 hours.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified timeframe, fails verification, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate selected at random from remaining eligible entries; if alternates are exhausted, the prize will not be awarded.
Promotional Period: The promotional period will begin on September 21, 2026 and end on October 20, 2026. Any entries received outside this time period are void.
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not expressly stated as included. If the value of a winner’s prize is $600 or more, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 and winner must provide a valid W-9.
The winner will have the prize delivered to them or mailed to the address provided after notification.
Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law; Venue
Except where prohibited, these Official Rules and any disputes will be governed by Missouri law. Venue lies exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lincoln County, Missouri. Each party waives trial by jury to the extent permitted by law. Class or collective actions are not permitted.
Miscellaneous
This promotion shall be void where prohibited and shall be subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation in this promotion constitutes an agreement to these Official Rules.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instragram, Youtube, or X. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor, not to Facebook, Instragram, Youtube, or X.
